Teachers :- Nation Builders

Teachers have been playing an important role in everyone's life since ancient times.  Teacher are the nation builders .They create the beautiful world with their students .  When we go to nursery class, at that time we do not know anything like holding a pencil, reading and writing and speaking etc.     But  we  can understand all the subjects deeply when we complete our school level education . Only teachers can teach all these to us . They grant not only bookish knowledge but also lead us in sports, cultural & social programs, religious festivals etc.  Parents give us social knowledge such as what is the purpose of our life… ,  how our life should be, but teachers let us  to focus on  the implementation of all these things in practical life.  We cannot even imagine all these things without a teacher.  If we evaluate our children in today's era,  then we might find that despite making so much effort , the level of our children has fallen below 50%.  And it is for those children who attend regular online classes as well as their parents pay attention to them .The remaining children whose parents are unable to pay attention or some children who are unable to attend online classes  for whatever reason, the level of these children is completely finished.  It cannot be denied  to earn a living, we need degrees and degrees can be obtained only when we have  sufficient knowledge .only on the basis of knowledge, we would be able to crack  competitive examinations but for the last 2 years, during  Coronavirus pandemic , students have  forgotten about the above mentioned strategies .  If the situation remains as it is , then  we won't be able to see really talented students .  Taking online classes, a teacher works harder than the children because he has to teach online as well as he has to look after whether the children have got the information in a proper way or not.  On the other hand, making notes and saving them on a pen drive or any other way,   is another piece of hardware.   However , if a child does not prepare notebooks in such a situation he  needs to provide notes again and again .  Moreover ,  the habit of writing is also left behind .  Although notebooks are collected  for checking  but  we know the real  scenario...  The coordination that is necessary in attempting a paper – means coordination of hands, eyes and brain,  is also getting destroyed . If we talk about the social context, then it is also ending because neither the children  go to school nor the teacher can provide them such an environment from which they can learn social things . For example  sharing & caring,  practical knowledge of teamwork etc. But during online education  , it is not possible to teach them.  In school, a child observes  his teacher , his walking , talking, his way of teaching and his behavior  from all perspectives and after that he also makes  him his role model &  decides to be  like him . In such a situation, teachers used to work to bring changes in the behavior of children along with giving education in school Let 's understand this thing with a small example:-

 Once there was an English teacher in a government school.  She used to go to teach in a village school, but when she saw that the students do not have basic knowledge of grammar .  She thought that by giving extra time to the children, I would teach them all the basic things .   Tuitions were not so dominant in those days and children who went for tuitions were considered unworthy.  In such a situation, that teacher thought that I would clear all the concepts by giving extra time to the children.  She used to come to teach in a village from Karnal City (District) of Haryana.  She used to reach the school at 7:00 in the morning and used to teach English to the children.  Now the children who were about to study seemed to like all this, they were getting a chance to fly a new flight, but for those children who were not very smart in reading, it was a very bad and uninteresting thing and they wanted to avoid it.   So they started harassing the children who were studying, they used to make fun of them, they wanted them to join their side by giving them one or the other temptation.  Even they started quarreling with those smart children.  Those who were brilliant in studies, they were determined that we would not let it happen, with great difficulty we have got an opportunity to learn something new and would not let it go like this. They did not want to lose their friends too, so in this way they  explained to their friends ," The teacher leaves her house at 6:00 in the morning, before that she prepares food for her family members & comes  here after completing all her household chores. Moreover ,  in the name of this extra class, she doesn't even get any extra wages .  It is only  her passion to do something for us .  So it's our foremost duty to respect her .  But it had no effect on those children and they stopped speaking with  good students of the class.  After a year of continuous hard work, the children became capable enough that they came to know the basic things of the English language and the children who were angry about it,  also started respecting that particular teacher  .  Now that teacher had proven herself a role model for them. All the students started to  like her and decided to be like her . So   It was a great contribution of that teacher , without getting extra wages she was fulfilling her responsibility towards family and society and had taught the children a great lesson from her conduct.

 Similarly,  there are countless teachers who  teach from every perspective of life .  That's why the teacher is given top priority.   Teachers are the nation builders .They create all the professions of the world .  Only because of this special quality  they always reside in our mind and heart.  We always should pay  our regards to them .
