Role of Teachers in Shaping His Students

Role of Teachers in Shaping His Students:

Today, through my motivationalhub blogspot.com, I want to introduce  a teacher who proves the following statement true : A teacher is the  shaper of his students' future ."  He rectifies the present and  known as a future builder /creater.
It was in the 19th century when no one had anything to do with digital knowledge.  STD was  used for calling.  And basic telephones were used for chating.  But despite of this , a teacher used to do the work of wreathing the scattered pearls of the society into a garland . In today's time, Kota is considered as a hub of preparing for competitive exams
And in today's blog, I want to introduce a teacher associated with Kota . I let you to know how he removed social discrimination and made everyone united.   There was a small private school in  Anta (Kota).  But this school was very popular.  The children of soldiers serving in the Kota Regiment used to study in this school.  This school had two branches, one in the heart of the city and one on its outskirts.  The principal of the school (which was on the outskirts ) was a very kind hearted person.  He used to work to unite everyone in one thread. Whether  it was  any small or big problem, he was always ready to solve it.  Children from different communities ,  states and provinces  used to come to the school .
One day a person came from Haryana to enroll his child in the second class in that school . After the entrance examination that child got admitted in the school.  When a child moves to a new environment, it is very difficult for him to adjust with everyone. Neither he is  able to make new friends nor can he talk openly  and clearly . In such a situation,  the responsibility of a teacher increases  more to look after him.  A student confide over his teachers.   But as an exception, sometimes teachers are  not good or we can say that according to the social environment, a  teacher  can suffer from frustration so instead of handling the student who felt alone in that particular environment, he  ridicules him or pays  no attention to him.  A new student starts facing inconvenience in his studies as there are some changes between the syllabus it two states or some chapters might be completed.   Same thing happened with that student .He used to cry for three-four days sitting alone in the lunch break.  The other students of the class, instead of helping him , had  a cut off from him . They  clearly said that they would not engage themselves in friendship with him.   The class in-charge also  involved himself with the old children .  Means  instead of correcting them, he  started ridiculing the new student by joining them.  During this, the Principal was on round.  Seeing the environment, he understood that there was something wrong so he entered the class and tried to find out the reason from the children and the class in-charge.  But the class in-charge and the students started beating the bush.  They said - "This student is not able to adjust himself in the new environment."
But the Principal thought like a father and took that child in his lap and showed him other school classes.  He took him to the playground where two classes were playing.  He urged him to play  but that student was not ready to play .  The Principal came back to the second class and asked for the student's lunch box and  took him to his office and ordered a maid to feed him.  For the rest of the day, the student sat and played with the trophies kept in the office.  During the Departure time, a bus conductor  took that student to bus .   Next morning, when the student came back to school again, he went to the office with full authority.   The Principal had no objection to it.   The child  didn't want to read,  so  played in the activity room  and  slept on the sofa for sometime . Then  the Principal persuaded  and  sent him in his class.  And he  also instructed the old students to welcome the new student .   He advised them to help him in adjustment to the new surroundings and also promoted them to have lunch together in the lunch break. After that everything had been changed, even the class in-charge got mixed with the new student.  He was happy to see all the changes, he did not realize why & how it  had happened  but he was very glad to get  the Pricipal  as his best friend.

After reading the above story we can conclude : It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge” ----Albert Einstein
He creates  the ability to behave like the sun because he knows it very well that history is theirs whose language is sun .
