First & Foremost Educator of Human Beings

The role of Guru is very important in the life of a human being. Without  guru  a man cannot learn anything and  he turns into an animal. From birth till death, man keeps on learning a lot in various forms .  And whatever he learns, he learns it from a guru. First of all, the status of Guru is given to the parents, after that the society and the teacher get it. Being parents, a huge responsibility comes on them. According to the Vedas, if the system is to be followed, then according to it a person should understand his responsibility very soon.  The duty of parents is not only to make children financially strong, but also to make them strong with wisdom, health, and  moral values.

If we talk about today's modern era,  both mother and father handle the work at home &  outside the home, go to the office, do their own work, They work on small and big posts. In today's time the competition has increased too much.  Everyone wants to educate his children in the best school &  to get the best tuitions. As to get a job , one has to pass a very high level. Parents are doing this duty very well. But neither the school nor the parents pay attention to the values. Because no one has that sufficient time. Everyone  wants to get the syllabus done because if the syllabus is not done then how will the bookish knowledge of a child be increased?? And if the knowledge will increase  then only  he/she will attain some positions with good numbers or rank; Only then  he /she will be able to work on a good post. The  effort is completed in wrong direction during the time of Coronavirus because every child is given phone facility in the name of online education. It is necessary to have maturity to operate the phone.  It is suspected whether  those children who have not yet  get maturity in their views, are attending their educational classes on the phone or playing games or running something else.  It is felt when the water rises above the head. Such problems are seen every day in the news & newspapers such as a child has lost his life due to a  particular game etc.  or  children  watch something else through the Internet instead of attending school classes. If the parents are at home, then to some extent this problem can be solved because they keep watching their children , keep an eye on them, but if both  are working so who will see them ?? Now, in this case ,   children are the master of themselves, whatever they want ,they can do it.  When teachers teach over the phone, they are not able to keep an eye on the activities of the children. So how to deal with this problem?

 The only way to solve this is for the parents to become friends  of their kids . Make them mentally strong. Sit down with them  and explain to them how to adapt  according to the situation. Parents should also present their lives as an example to them. If a rule is made in the house, then the way the elders follow that rule,  their children  also see and understand this thing with great depth, so   children take great initiative in following the rules which have been made in the house.  Tell the stories of great personalities to them, boost their morale. No change comes in a day but it starts working. Victory is possible only by continuous and persevering efforts in the right direction. So we must try to be an example in front of our kids .
