The character of Shri Krishna is worth emulating. He was a great yogi, had a great knowledge of the Vedas. He was the lord of all opulences.
He was such a great man whom Swami Dayanand has described as equal to Aptapurush on the basis of qualities, deeds and character. Duryodhana also believed , In the whole universe there was no other great personality who can be worshiped like Shri Krishna. According to Dhritarashtra," Shri Krishna was never defeated in his life and he has so many qualities that it is not possible to enumerate." According to Bhishma Pitamah, "Krishna was the wisest the scholar of the Vedas and the most powerful among the Kshatriyas. Charity, kindness, intelligence, decency, bravery, humility, brilliance, patience, contentment, etc. are the other qualities in the personality of Shri Krishna, due to which he is worshiped. Even a personality like Shishupal could not put a single stigma on him.
Even his opponents respected Shri Krishna. Krishna killed Kansa, suppressed the wicked and freed innocent people from Kansa's prison. The person who is the oppressor of the wicked, the one who is the one to protect Draupdi , why would he steal the clothes of the gopies ? There were so many cows in Shri Krishna's house that there was no shortage of butter, buttermilk, milk etc. And if something is in abundance in the house, then the question of stealing does not arise. So how can Shri Krishna be a butter thief ?
Shri Krishna had gone to the Gurukul at the age of 7 to get education and when his education was completed, he came from there as a great yogi, a scholar of the Vedas, an oppressor of the wicked. Shri Krishna was a great yogi and a follower of celibacy. Rukmani was his only wife. Even after marriage, he followed celibacy for 12 years. Pradyumna was his son's name. He had not only the murli in his hand but also the Sudarshan Chakra for the destruction of the wicked. Shri Krishna was always ready to protect Dharma. Supported Arjuna - Supported the Pandavas because they were fighting a war for the protection of religion & truth and when Arjuna was unable to lift the weapon due to attachment, he preached him the Gita. In the teachings of the Gita, Shri Krishna has revealed many mysteries of life. The secrets of soul, life, action, effort, attachment, anger, fear etc. have been revealed.
So there is a need to change our attitude towards Shri Krishna. We worship Shri Krishna as God and those who are worshipped like God have no flaw in their characters . God is perfect, fair, destroyer of wrong deeds & wrong personalities. Yogiraj Shri Krishna was also ready to destroy wrong & wicked things. He used to suppress them. He never supported false things & persons . He always tried to establish true religion. So look at his character objectively and follow his guidance .
